Directions: Write your own reaction/impression of our life today with the advancement
in science and technology. Include the advantage and disadvantage of a particular
technology based on your experienced. (20 points)
In our life today there is nothing permanent but the word change. One aspect
of technology that has had a great impact on society is how it affects learning. It's made
learning more interactive and collaborative, this helps people better engage with the
material that they are learning and have trouble with. Also, it gets you better access to
resources. Actually, at this point in my life where I embraced the millennial mentality,
where I belong to the world of techies, wherein any sides there's a total innovation that
can't be denied.
The innovation that makes a change in our life, where we can easily do such things
with the help of technology that is a branch of science though it has a negative feedback
on us, it may harm our health especially the social media empowered by the technology
we can't still deny that it helps a lot also, for our communication through online, job and
interaction with the society when we don't need to walk for a long distance with the help
of transportation. Despite of having negative impacts and results, people shrug it off
because they still benefit a lot from it.
In fact, the negative effects that science and technology brings can be remedied and
fixed through science and technology itself. It fixes its own damage which makes it more
innovative and convenient. However, it is the center of our lives today it may harm us
but still, we humans, who is responsible for ourselves, things can be done easily but
don't make your existence limited just in bad habits. We must learn how to balance the
things that surround us. Our life is our responsibility, and soon there's a big possibility
that more changes may happen.
