Please describe your qualifications (your background and experience) that make you a good
candidate for this position. (Use the back if you need more space.)
I’ve been working in KWS-Manila as a support agent since Decembe: 1 month for
Scopely, and 11 months for Pocket Gems – War Dragons. Since then, even though this is
my first time working in a BPO setting industry, and my first employment since college, I
learned a lot about how to perform efficiently in a work industry. I learned how to
improve my communication skills, from dealing with happy to frustrated players, and how
to show and practice my patience when talking to them. I developed a good connection
with people around me, from colleagues to supervisors, and have developed a good
image and first impression to them. I learned how to adapt to my work environment,
including shifts and responsibilities.
With all of this in mind, I want to use what I learned to become part of a team that supports a
game that I love.
Describe your educational background including majors, minors and areas of special interest or
study. (Use the back if you need more space.)
I graduated at Technological Institute of the Philippines – Manila, with a degree in Bachelor
of Science, Mechanical Engineering. But I still haven’t taken my board exam to make me a
licensed engineer because of the pandemic. Once I get my license, I would focus on the field of
machine design or any design-related work in Mechanical Engineering, like Heating, Ventilation,
and Air Conditioning (HVAC) , and Machine Design and Manufacturing.

Why are you interested in a new role?
I’ve been playing LoL since 2013 and it’s my favourite PC game ever. I have become an avid
fan of the game and its community, so much that it would be my utmost honor to support
players who also love the game. I love watching videos online about Tournaments, Streams,
and other LoL-related content that can help me become a better player of the game. I
sometimes wish to be part of a profession Team and become a professional player and
compete internationally or even just locally.
If I’m rewarded with the opportunity to be part of the LoL Player Support Team, I can finally say
the words “Choose a job you love so you will never work a day in your life”. Also, I feel I could
learn more about the game if I become a support agent and I think that would also make me a
better player. It’s my dream job as a Player Support Agent to be part of the League of Legends
team.
