    With reference to your application number 2038203 for admission to IISERs, we are pleased to inform you that you
    have been selected for admission to the first year of the Five-Year BS-MS Dual Degree Programme in the academic
    year 2020-21 at IISER Mohali in the admission category SC .

    Offer starts at 01/NOV/2020 10:00 AM

    Offer ends at 07/NOV/2020 10:00 PM

    Note that the offer is PROVISIONAL and subject to the following conditions.

    1. You pay Rs. 35000/- (Thirty Five Thousand rupees) (Rs. 25000/- + Rs.10000/- (non-refundable
    administrative fee) as the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) for GEN/OBC-NCL/EWS/PWD/KM and
    Rs.22500(Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred rupees) (Rs.12,500/- + Rs. 10000/- (Non-refundable
    administrative fee)) for SC/ST . If you fail to pay the SAF before the offer expires (as shown above), your offer
    will be automatically withdrawn. This SAF will be adjusted against the admission fee to be paid at the time of
    joining IISER Mohali.

    2. There is no cancellation fee, except bank charges if any, if withdrawal is made within stipulated date. However,
    a cancellation fee of Rs. 10000/- (non-refundable administrative fee) is admissible if withdrawal is not exercised
    by the candidates who do not join. Please see the “fee and refund policy” as mentioned in
    https://www.iiseradmission.in/saf-refund

    3. You should meet all the eligibility requirements and produce required certificates in original as given below at
    the time of joining. This offer of admission would stand cancelled in the event of your non-fulfilment of any of
    the eligibility requirements as mentioned in https://www.iiseradmission.in.

    4. If this is a revised offer letter after payment of SAF in previous rounds, ignore item 1. Your SAF will be
    adjusted against the fees to be paid at the IISER now allotted to you.

    Joining IISER Mohali: To join IISER Mohali, you should report to IISER Mohali on November 30, 2020 (Monday)
    @ 8 A.M. This is subject to any prevailing restrictions on travel, quarantine requirements, or on assembly of people.
    Detailed instructions will be communicated at least two weeks in advance. You will need to pay the difference between
    the SAF and the admission fee of IISER Mohali at the time of joining.

    Teaching for the first semester for the batch will start on Jan.4, 2021. However, some online engagement will
    start in days following the joining process. Details will be communicated to students well in advance.

    The admission fee cum first semester fee for IISER Mohali is tabulated below.
    Fee for GEN, EWS, OBC-NCL, PwD and KM categories Rs. 44, 289/-
    Fee for SC/ST categories Rs. 10, 889/-
    The difference between SAF and Admission Fee will be adjusted at the time of
    joining.
    The above admission fees are provisional and subject to the amendment by the Ministry of Human Resource
    Development (MHRD).

    You must produce the following documents at the time of joining IISER Mohali.

    1. A self-attested copy of this offer letter.


    2. Printed admission form having your and your guardian’s signature. The admission form is included in this offer
    letter.
    3. Declaration form (if applicable). Download from https://www.iiseradmission.in/forms.
    4. Original Medical Examination Report. The format is available at https://www.iiseradmission.in/forms.
    5. SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwD/KM/EWS certificates as applicable. EWS/Non-creamy layer OBC certificate valid for
    current financial year 2020 – 2021 (certificate issue date for EWS/OBC-NCL has to be on or after April 1,
    2020). Download the required form(s) as applicable from https://www.iiseradmission.in/forms
    6. Original JEE (Advanced)-Score/KVPY-Score/SCB hall ticket (as the case may be), and a self-attested
    photocopy of the same.
    7. Original and self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of all examinations starting from 10 thstandard.
    8. Proof of photo ID [Any ONE of the following: Driving License, Aadhar Card, College/School ID card, Passport,
    Voter ID Card, X/XII Admit Card/Certificate with Photo and PAN Card] and a self-attested photocopy of the
    same.
    9. Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card (if available and not provided in 9, above).
    10. Original Proof of date of birth and a self-attested photocopy of the same.
    11. Eight recent coloured passport size photographs.
    12. Duly filled and signed undertaking forms for anti-ragging, code of conduct, not possessing motorised vehicles
    and other hostel guidelines, etc. Soft copies of these forms will be shared with the candidates by the office of
    Dean Students along with the welcome e-mail before your arrival on campus.
    13. Original transfer /transfer-cum-migration certificate/school leaving certificate from the school last attended.
    14. Proof of admission fee payment.

    All originals should be with the candidate at the time of admission for verification purpose. The desired originals,
    which are supposed to be returned, will be given back to the candidate after verification. Please note that this
    verification may be deferred in case prevailing restrictions on the date of joining do not allow in person
    interaction.

    Important Notes:

     It should be noted that suppression or distortion of any fact, identity, category, educational qualification,
    nationality etc. made in your application form will result in the cancellation of the admission or the degree
    acquired at a later stage.

     The updated guidebook on BS-MS curriculum and guidelines for the academic year 2020-21 will be available
    at: http://www.iisermohali.ac.in/. Please go through it to know about the regulations of the BS-MS degree
    program at IISER Mohali. At the time of admission, all the students should submit a signed undertaking that
    they abide by the rules and regulations of the institute as given in the guide book

     IISERs are fully residential institutions. All students admitted to IISER Mohali are required to stay at the
    designated hostel following the hostel regulations available at
    https://www.iisermohali.ac.in/files/Rules/hostelrules.pdf. You will be allotted hostel seat on the date of your
    admission and arrival at the institute.
