citations and abstracts.

Literature Review
-Demonstrates where the work is entering into a current academic conversation on a given
subject
-Articulates the purpose of a new project; generally filling a gap and(or) providing a further step
Opening statement:
1.Identify the way literature ties into topic
2.Classify literature under “groupings.”
Set up sources in bibliographic format. Follow Turabian formatting and for each example,
provide both the bibliography (B:) and footnote format (N:) in alphabetical order as they
would be listed in the bibliography. Be sure to include, for your article, extent works
(books), journal articles, electronic source materials, and scores in the single bibliography
HOWEVER– for the sake of this assignment – provide a separate section for the
discography.
