Salutation Assalamualaikum and a very Good morning to everyone.

The Academic Advisor Committee in collaboration with Student


Organization Committee and ETEC, FTK, UTHM co-organized an online
session for FTK students who are planning to take the MUET test.

On behalf of UTHM, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all


of you. We appreciate you taking time off your busy schedules to join us
today. We hope you will find the program we have lined-up for you to be
fruitful and engaging.
Opening Let me first of all introduce you to the agenda.

The Muet Preparatory seminar is divided into 4 parts, which consist of


writing, reading, listening and speaking skills. Each part will be held for
an hour subsequently. Every part will end with a Q&A session. The notes
will be given on google classroom, code is 3judfwp. I repeat 3judfwp.
The seminar is planned to end at 1pm. I am sure it is going to be a great 4
hours of interaction and learning for all of us. Please be reminded to turn
off your microphone to avoid interruptions.

Speaker’s To begin this seminar, I would like to introduce our guest of honor for the
Background day, Mr. MUHAMMAD ASHRAF BIN OMAR. He is a graduate from
University of Malaya, majoring in TESL. He is currently a lecturer from
Department of English and Linguistic and has been teaching for 5 years.
Furthermore, his area of research interests involve English Language
among Malaysian Students, Classroom Environment for English Lesson
and Teachers Perspective and Belief in Teaching English.
