United Nations

and for fundamental freedoms for all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion;
and
- To be a center for harmonizing the actions of nations in the attainment of these common end

NATO

political and military means. Collective defence is at the heart of the Alliance and creates a spirit of
solidarity and cohesion among its members

ASEAN

region and adherence to the principles of the United Nations Charter. In 1995, the ASEAN Heads of State
and Government re-affirmed that “Cooperative peace and shared prosperity shall be the fundamental
goals of ASEAN.”
