Introduce the PDP setting:
All teachers must have a professional development plan (PDP) to work hard, and diligently activity to achieve the goals that they set. A
professional development plan (PDP) is a plan that consists of an outline of what you aim to achieve and what steps are you going to take to
improve your workplace skills and subsequently reach your goals . Furthermore, Kristin Guzder (2019), states that a professional development
plan is a documented record of an individual’s career aspirations and progressions. Applying PDP in schools systems results in many positive
outcomes. First outcome is retention, where teachers feel supported and valued which gives them the motive to stay. Second outcome is allowing
teachers to develop new skills and enhance their old skills. The third outcome is having a collaborative environment, where teachers can
exchange techniques and ideas to learn from each other. As for the last outcome of PDP is the most valuable one, when teachers reflect their
knowledge and skills on their students to help reach their own potential (Benefits of Professional Development, 2016).
Furthermore, according to Clark, D. (2016, September 22), ” Your development as a leader is a long-term investment that requires not just time
and effort, but careful planning. If you make your professional resolutions with a clear understanding of how you’ll advance your learning,
connecting, and creating goals, you’ll be well ahead of the pack by this time next year.” However, The strategy of the PDP to support individuals
with their educational, career and professional development a dynamic process - an iterative cycle of critical reflection, planning, implementing,
monitoring, reviewing and evaluating Used in a variety of contexts formal policy education system. Finally , the PDP its help you to support and
enhance your professional development plan, career development and take ownership of it an opportunity to help you develop and reach your full
potential as an all rounded. Hoover, A. (2015).

My professional development plan is to always work in progress myself. It must grow and change over time, and reflect where I currently stand
in my professional life. In this semester I will work on time management to be able to finish the lesson on time. Secondly ,Students behavior
to use reward and punishment. .Thirdly, formative assessment to make sure if the students understand the lesson. Fourthly , positive feedback
to motivate students for what they have done to feel proud about them self’s. Finally, improving my teaching skills, using different teaching
strategies and have classroom management. Furthermore, to achieve my goals I will apply this strategies from semester 7 until 8 then I will not
face any difficulties because of my practicing it on a daily basis. Moreover, there is a quote motivate me according to Pablo Picasso said “Our
goals can only be reached through a vehicle of a plan, in which we must fervently believe, and upon which we must vigorously act. There
is no other route to success.” This means if you do not have a plan for your goal, you will not reach it unless you write your goals and plans
and strongly believe in them, you will cross the path of success. You have to set a plan for your goals and believe in them. Like Roy T.Bennett,
Said “Live the life of your dreams when you start living the life of your dreams, there will always be obstacles, doubters, mistakes and
setbacks along the way. But with hard work, perseverance and self-belief there is no limit to what you can achieve.” In this semester I am
so confident that I am on the right path and also confident that I can overcome my weaknesses in some specific areas with support from my
MCT and MST also my friends and other sources, and I will also try to use my strengths to control my weaknesses. Justify your professional
development goals for this semester

At the end of this experience, I really faced a lot of difficulty’s in the beginning I was asked myself, how can we teach

online class ,what we will use , how can I differentiate the activities. Then I started search the website that can students

work in for the activities so I decide to use” class kick “ I have been created a file with their names. Each pupils have all

their work in the class kick from the first Tp until we finished I used it to save their work. After that, we start discuses with

my group about the time each one will have to choose time to teach also we helping each other my group was very

collaborators, if someone have problem they help her, if she ask for help with her lesson we always be there. The best thing

in this experience is we learn from each other such as how she manage the class or what strategies she used to engage the

students, present the creative PowerPoint and how they start opening the class and close it.

In this experience with online teaching , it was challenge for us .I thought I wouldn’t be able to do anything

There is a quote in Arabic it’s said “ One hand does not clap alone” That’s mean helping each other and cooperating

together, it helps us to reach our goals and objectives in a shorter time then which a person spends to accomplish his goal
alone. I really proud of us to go thru over this challenge nothing stop us so that make us strong as teacher in the future and

we can handle every problem we will faced.
