Goals: I have identified shared vision for technology integration as the first goal for my school and I
felt the topic of this Webinar might be useful to me in supporting my school in this endeavor.

Reflections: Without a shared, coherent reason for implementing the 1:1, the project is likely to be
diluted and not have as strong an impact.

Professional Impact: The webinar reaffirmed multiple times that we need to start with the 'why'.
This initial focus will set up myself and my school for success in our transformation.

Student Impact: Everything I learn that contributes to the successful creation of a shared school
vision for technology integration will impact students as that shared vision comes to fruition and
student learning is improved through that technology integration.
