Work Profile :-

Recruitment & Induction


 Assisting Unit HR Head in planning of Organizational recruitment up to the level of GET’s and DET’s.
 Coordinating with Central recruitment cell for arranging Interviews of candidates from Vertical Heads at Unit and R
& D centre.
 Ensuring smooth on boarding of new employees with by Induction & orientation programme Master updating in
system of the candidate. Issuance of access card and Measurement of Uniform etc.
 Maintaining personal records and file of Unit employees.
 Assisting in Associates recruitment and Induction
Training & Development
 Identifying Training needs of Staff and preparing Annual Training Calendar accordingly.
 Maintaining Competency and skill chart for associates and gaps analysis.
 Preparing annual training plan and ensure minimum gap in plan Vs actual.
 Coordinating behavioural as well as technical trainings at Unit level for staff and associates.
 Organizing trainings at unit level.
 Imparting trainings on Quality Circles, Kaizen, behavioural and safety related trainings to associates at unit.
Employee Welfare
 Coordinating for various unit welfare committee meetings like Works Committee, Transport & Canteen committee,
direct interface for addressing grievances at unit.
Addressing and taking suitable action for shop floor grievances.
Employee Relations & Engagement
 Propagating Quality Circles at Unit and monitoring their progress on problem solving projects and preparing for
Unit level and Group level conventions.
 Ensure 100% employee participation for suggestions and Kaizen activities.
 Organizing various synergy sessions for staff and associates as well at unit.
 Organising celebrations at unit like festivals, annual day, quality month, safety week etc.
 Organizing various competitions for employees at unit like Rangoli, Poster, Skill competition etc.
 Responsible for Birthday celebration of employees.
HR Audits
 Ensure zero Non conformity in HR audits for Costumers.
 Responsible for System Audits like IATF 16949 and OHSAS 18000.
Performance Management System
 Preparing data required for PMS.
