 Design Team Lead - Manage a team of 8 design experts to ensure design
concepts, allocation and approval detail design and development of projects,
provide technical guidance and mentoring as necessary.
 Engaging and expertise in all phases of new hydraulic fixtures / tools / SPM
development, including concept design, analysis, detail design, prototype, trail test
and documentation.

 Non conformity analysis for failure of the components in the aspects of design,
manufacturing and processing parameters etc.,
 Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and for hydraulic fixtures/
tools/Special Purpose Machines (SPM), From design concept creation to trial
establishment of manufacturing parts.
 Preparation of Manufacturing Technology Sheet (MTS) for production parts with
stage drawing 3D&2D, inclusion of material selection, process, fixture, tooling &

 Selection of machining operation sequence, tools, processing parameters

 Creation of tool path programme i.e. CNC Programme for Fanuc, Mazaktrol &
