     Supervised the zeolite handling and product development team of 8 members for oxygen concentrator project. Jun 2021 – Dec 2021
     Designed the compaction table for efficient and optimized filling of zeolite columns which resulted in increased per day production
    capacity of zeolite columns from 20 to 100.
     Awarded as 'Employee of the Quarter' award for the design and development of Compaction table.
     Executed a new idea of changing the zeolite cap from Aluminum 6067 to Polypropylene, whose focus was on reducing the
    manufacturing cost and increasing the production ability.
     Researched a new idea of using various Manufacturing equipment and techniques like Rapid Prototyping for the fast manufacturing
    of front and back door of Oxygen Concentrator Cabinet.
