    RESOLUTION APRROVING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND


    MANAGEMENT FUND INVESTMENT PLAN(BDRRMFIP) OF BARANGAY SANGITAN, CITY OF
    CABANATUAN, CHARGABLE AGAINST THE 2021 BUDGET

    WHEREAS, Republic Act REPUBLIC ACT No. 10121, other know as the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction
    and Management Act of 2010 was signed into the law on May 27,2010;

    WHEREAS, the said the said law mandates the formulation and its implementation of the comprehensive and
    integrated Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan also known as BDRRM Plan in accordance
    with the framework as prescribed under RA 10121;

    WHEREAS, the BDRRM plan was formulated in a planning-workshop held on October 11,2019 and was
    consequently approved by the Barangay Development Council;

    WHEREAS, the Committee en Banc of this Sanggunian conducted a review of the matter and was to able to
    established the Following:

    A. The 5% BDRRM Fund for CY 2021 was appropriated in the following matter

     PREPARATION AND MITIGATION(70%) -P 130,539.00


     QUICK RESPONSE FUND(30%) -P 55,945.25
    TOTAL -P 186,484.25

    Now therefore, on motion of KAGAWAD ARNOLD A. BRIONES, Committee on Appropriation,


    unanimously seconded by all the members present, be it;

    RESOLVED, as is it hereby resolved to approved the 2021 Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and
    Management Fund Investment Plan(BDRRMFIP) of Barangay Sangitan, City of Cabanatuan.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished the office of CGLOO,CDRRMC for their
    Information and appropriate action.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
