Write up a project report and use the following general format;

1. Front cover
Should contain:
Full title of the project
Student’s name & id
Date of submission

2. Chapter 1: INTRODUCTION & METHODOLOGY


In this chapter, should describes about background of the problem, rationale of the study
and research objective. This chapter should explain how do you conducted the study. You
should explain the clearly how the observation is recorded.

3. Chapter 2: DATA ANALYSIS


This chapter should report all the calculation involved for the outcomes of experiment.

4. Chapter 3: CONCLUSIONS
This chapter will summarize the results of the study. Do you achieve all the objectives?

5. Chapter 4: APPENDICES
FORMAT REPORT

1) Margin

Top = 1 inch (2.5 cm)


Right = 1 inch (2.5 cm)
Bottom = 1 inch (2.5 cm)
Left = 1.5 inch (4 cm)

2) Size and font

Size

In writing Times New Roman 14 pt 12 pt
Arial 12 pt 10 pt
In table Times New Roman 12 pt 10 pt
Arial 10 pt 8 pt

3) Report size
Using A4 paper

4) Spacing
Double spacing for writing
Single spacing for Table
