    Recruitment Consultant – TWeavers HR Consultancy Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore February’20 – May’20
    TWeavers is a Hiring and HR consultancy based out of Bangalore for tech startups. The company partners with startup to setup end to end HR and
    also works with international startups (Bay are startups incubated in MIT & Harvard) entering India, clients include Rakuten, PayTm & Rivigo.

    As a recruitment consultant, I am responsible for solving the recruitment needs of our clients and candidates in Techn & Leadership positions. My
    responsibilities included;
     Developing business opportunities, connecting with clients to support recruitment
     Advertising Jobs across various channels and evangelism of allotted positions to attract resumes & applications
     Responsible for Resume screening and filtering of relevant profiles and engagement with potential candidates and taking them
    through the interview journey.
     Engaged in understanding and implementing the Interview and selection process company wise.
     Technology hiring platforms - Keep track on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and Continuous documentation as swell as
    feedback management through the ATS.
     Interview and selection through close collaboration with company representatives and scheduling different rounds of interviews
    for shortlisted candidates, which depends on roles and client companies they have been applied for.
     Managing candidates till the offer is made or through the rejection process and thereafter smooth on- boarding into the
    organization. Enabling Day 1 joining handover and conversion of candidate to employee.
     Candidate data management and tool maintenance for data accuracy always to prevent duplication also and auditing of data at
    various times to ensure systems are up to date with no lag.
     Responsible to take feedback from the joiners.
     Responsible for Post joining 90-day engagement process.

    Achievements:
     Achieved 70% of sales goals in my first quarter (during Covid), Got 2 closures with one candidate onboarding
     Got opportunity to be a mentor of intern
     Worked with International and national Tech and Product based Startups

    Intern – Tweavers HR Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. February’19 – May’19

    Joined Tweavers as an Intern in Feb’19, was offered a PPO basis performance in the internship. During the internship was responsible for:
     Identifying and understanding client’s requirement: Learnt the process how to understand the client’s requirement which included
    parameters like skillset, budget etc.
     Identifying the Job Role: Analyzed how to identify the job role from the Job Description which basis parameters like experience they
    need, tech stack combination, target companies and candidate level.
     Sourcing according to the Requirement: Sourcing the right candidate from various sources like LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, Hyrist etc.
     Profile Screening: Processing the suitable profile with the write-up of the candidate and process it on the job score ID allowing the client
    company to screen the profiles
     Data Management: Keeping track of the data by using Google cloud drives, usage of notes in social online tools etc., to ensure that I have
    tabulate feedback in an organized manner to facilitate easy searching.

     Got Appreciation from the client company.
     Nominated for Best SIP Award in IBS Bangalore.
