     Experience is in Recruitment and Stakeholder management..
     Working closely with Delivery Managers and understanding about the open requirements and
    the priority roles to be fulfilled on or before Planned onboard Month.
     Creating Recruiting plans and sharing it with the BU heads to share the interview panel to kick
    start the interview process.
     Working with Sourcing team and strategizing the proposed plans to ensure the open
    requirements are closed on given timelines.
     Weekly review meetings on the open requirements, hiccups in the process, sharing the hiring
    dashboards.
     Post HR Rounds, preparing offer approval trackers and sending it for approvals to release the
    offer letters. 
