Situation:
You are a fresh board passer and assigned as the Site Engineer of a project. One of the many roles
you may portray in the field is to aid in the monitoring and supervision on site. During the construction
phase of the project, when there was a scheduled concreting, you were notified that some of the workers
under the concreting group could not report for work because of injuries sustained in a traffic accident
while they were on their way to the site.
The concrete pouring could not get delayed or postponed to another day because the ready mix
concrete that will be used were already out on transport from the batching plant and all other authorities
needed to witness the concreting are all on site and are ready for the day’s activity. What would you do?
