    AGREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS

    This Agreement for the Installation of Solar Panels (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 17 th day of
    February 2021, by and between XXX, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of Address (hereinafter referred
    to as “FIRST PARTY”) and XXX, Filipino, of legal age, a resident of Lot Address (hereinafter
    referred to as “SECOND PARTY”).

    WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY desires to contract the SECOND PARTY for the purchase and
    installation of Solar Panels in his building premises; and

    WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY agrees to provide and install the said Solar Panels.

    NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, and of the mutual covenants and
    stipulations hereinafter set forth, the PARTIES agree as follows:

    A. SCOPE OF WORK. The SECOND PARTY shall furnish the solar panels and electrical devices
    including all parts and perform the installation.

    B. CONTRACT PRICE. The FIRST PARTY shall pay the SECOND PARTY for the materials and
    labor performed in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (P160,000.00).

    C. EFFECTIVITY. This agreement shall be effective from execution date.

    D. WARRANTY. The Solar Panels shall have a warranty of seven (7) years from the date of
    installation. If any of the electrical devices installed malfunction, the SECOND PARTY shall
    ensure that it is replaced within seven (7) days from notice with free services on all items installed.

    IN WITNESSES WHEREOF the parties have caused this Agreement to be executed as of the day and
    the year first above written.
