Proceedings:
The meeting was presided by the school principal, Mr. Efren A. Cañ ete.
It started at 9:00 in the morning. Attendance sheet was disseminated to be
signed by the teachers who attended the meeting. The meeting started with a
prayer leaded by Ms. Erwina L. Sortones, a kinder teacher.
Mr. Cañ ete begins with thanking the teachers for their presence and
reaching perfect attendance. Without uncertainty he then brought up about
the upcoming District Assessment. In every quarter there will be 4
assessments 2 of them will be teacher-made assessment and the other 2 will
be from the district. The district will be collecting the 3rd assessment
covering weeks 5 and 6 and also 4th assessment from weeks 7 and 8. Grades
1-3 will use a font size of 14, century gothic font style with 5 items and
competency while grades 4 to 6 will use a font size of 12, century gothic font
style with 10 items and still with competency. The collected assessments
from different schools will be checked and evaluated. Best assessment
questions will be used as the District Assessment for the learners. The
deadline of the said assessment will not be later than February 14, 2021 both
hard and soft copy.
Moreover, the principal then announced that there will SBM Validation.
The date was not yet fixed but we are encouraged to prepare. He humbly
asked us to manifest alliance. Everyone agreed and will do/give the best that
they can.
In addition, Mr. Efren A. Cañ ete provided the teacher the numbers of
DSWD personnels whom they can ask if there will be future problems they’ll
encounter. He also reminded us to monitor the attendance appropriately and
provide relevant information of the 4P’s member on the DSWD forms.

The Principal then asked the Teachers for their concerns and problems.
Teachers were all fine and looked satisfied. Mr. Cañ ete is very proud to
congratulate the teachers for a job well done on their passion and hardwork
of administering the assessments on time and extending time and effort for
the learners.
Then, the principal, Mr. Efren A. Cañ ete thanked once again each and
everyone for their active participation. And quoted; “We will heal as one. Para
sa Bata. Para sa Bayan.”
