MOTION TO REVIVE WITH ENTRY OF APPEARANCE

COMES NOW, Accused JOANNA MARIS G. VILLANUEVA through the


undersigned COUNSEL, unto this Honorable Court respectfully states THAT:

1. JOANNA MARIS G. VILLANUEVA is one of the accused in the above-


mentioned case entitled PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINES vs. IDAN
HADAD YEHUDA, et al. with Criminal Case No. 26870-72 for Syndicated
Estafa;

2. On April 25, 2019, the accused IDAN HADAD YEHUDA as the Principal
Accused entered into a Compromise Agreement with the Private
Complainants;

3. On the same date the Court accepted the Compromise Agreement and
ordered the case to be provisionally dismissed and is applied to all of the
accused therein;

4. The court further ordered the release of those in detention and the order
rendered by the court was made to apply to those under the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court;

5. However, JOANNA MARIS G. VILLANUEVA was not captured by virtue


of the warrant of arrest released by this Honorable Court hence, she has not
been under the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court;

6. Hence, it is the desire of the accused herein JOANNA MARIS G.
VILLANUEVA to be under the jurisdiction of this court and she is willing
to voluntarily surrender to this Court in order to revive the case as to her and
be included in the compromise agreement of IDAN HADAD YEHUDA and
Private Complainants;

7. It is also respectfully entered herein the appearance of private counsel


ATTY. NEMUEL R. CAMARSE with office address at 346 P. Burgos Ave.,
Caridad, Cavite City, Province of Cavite as the counsel for JOANNA
MARIS G. VILLANUEVA.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of this


Honorable Court that this Motion be given its due weight and credence and that the
case against JOANNA MARIS G. VILLANUEVA be revived and the appearance
of the above-named counsel be entered into the records.

Other reliefs and remedies just and equitable under the premises are also prayed
for.
