    LITERACY MONTH 2020

    T. Nica: Good morning beloved parents and students! I am inviting everyone to please rise for the opening
    prayer followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and ESA Hymn.

    Sir JB: This year’s theme is “Shaping Peace Together.” The UN description of the theme says, “Celebrate the day by
    spreading compassion, kindness and hope in the face of the pandemic. Stand together with the UN against attempts to
    use the virus to promote discrimination or hatred. Join us so that we can shape peace together.”
    T. Nica: That’s right Sir JB. So before anything else, I would like to thank all the students who participated in
    the activities for the United Nations. Thank you also to the advisers for guiding your students. So now, we are
    going to present the winners for the said activities. The entries were graded by our coordinators. The winners
    will be given a certificate signed by the event coordinators and of course, our beloved principal, Ms. Pia and
    will be sent through their class advisers.

    Sir JB: Thank you T. Nica. Let’s not keep our participants and parents waiting. Let us now announce the
    winners for the Virtual Slogan Competition from Category A, Grades 2 and 3.
