    Self-Evaluation

    I was approached by Peter Day with an aim to make a short video to


    showcase and advertise his new and upcoming business ‘Lifestyle
    Combat’ which is a business which is revolved around fitness, mind,
    body and defence. The brief we worked on was informal, straight to the
    point and fun to work on.

    This project did succeed in its aim. I know this due to very positive
    feedback from the client and the small selected audience that watched
    the video. From the plan to the finished project, the goal and message
    remained the same throughout. Everybody was happy.

    Everything about this project went smoothly, from communication to the


    client, to filming, editing and distributing it, along with fast and correct as
    a part of this project payment.

    Once again in my opinion, this was a great project to be a part of,


    however, a good product never comes without its issues. The client I
    was working for already has a business so trying to find the time
    sometimes in order to continue to work and meet up in regards to this
    project was sometimes difficult but since I did not have a busy schedule
    at the time I did not really mind. The client I was working for was looking
    to do a voice over on his main advertisement however the biggest
    problem for us was that we did not know where to get one and how
    much it was going to cost him so as a draft we decided to use the clients
    voice until we got a voice over artist which took some time, however, in
    the end the client resulted to get in his friend to carry out the work which
    worked very well and this now the finished product. Another problem I
    faced was the client wanted me to come and meet him on my 18th
    birthday however I politely explained that I could not do that because of
    my birthday so we rescheduled to another day and it worked out even
    better.
    I would rate my performance as being very good, and I think that the
    work speaks for itself. The project I got involved with had clear vision, it
    was worthy, and it had a lot of energy behind it. I also made good use of
    the available resources.
