Your natural state of being is magnificence. Prosperity,

serenity, radiance, and love are your birthright. They are
already inside you waiting to thrive. My deepest wish is
that these 7 strategies open a greater ability within you
to receive all that is innately yours.
NO MATTER WHAT’S HAPPENED IN THE

WAITING FOR YOU.
There are countless people across the globe that see the
world as an unsafe place, measure themselves by their
failures, and choose partners based on a false message
of what they deserve. They believe their problems are
caused by someone or something else. These people
are convinced of one thing… they will never find joy,
fulfillment or peace.

This does not need to be your destiny. You are not the
product of your environment, your conditioning, your
relationships, or your experiences. You are not the
words spoken over you by a parent, teacher, coach, boss
or partner. You are so much more.

Identifying with your body, mind or story, leads to a life

of limitation and it is your fear of unworthiness that

dams that reflect your perceived unworthiness or
self-doubt, the joy that’s naturally surging to you
screeches to a halt. You can only receive what you
believe you deserve.

Dissolving the walls that keep you locked in limited

thinking allows the tide of abundance to wash over you.
So whether you are looking for a promotion, a relation-
ship, or money, you can go to the ocean with a thimble
or a tanker truck.

Your story restricts you. Your willingness to be open

ignites your boundless potential.

THE ENERGETIC SIGNAL THAT YOU ARE
SENDING OUT IS BEING
DELIVERED RIGHT BACK TO YOU.
So many people face life each day carrying the heavy
burden of their old wounds, past circumstances, over-
whelming memories and debilitating traumas. They
reject their own feelings, the miracles that may be
unfolding, and the luminous spirit that they were
created to be. Unfortunately, they are not even con-
scious of the energy they’re putting out into the
universe nor do they understand the ways they’re
blocking the blessings flowing toward them. If this is
how your life is playing out, the dominant energy
informing your experience and clouding your light is
fear.

Regardless of the challenges you face, when you live

from your soul and meet whatever is occurring with
acceptance rather than judgment, the energy you are
putting forth is pure love.

One of two frequencies is shaping your experience at all

times- fear or love. Be aware. Similar to an echo, the
signal you send out, whether it’s anger, insecurity, or
lack, is being delivered right back to you.
LIVE IN THE NOW.
If your deepest desire is to begin manifesting abundance
and grace, there is truly no time like the present. To live a
life of passion, purpose and joy, you must cultivate and
nurture your ability to live in the present moment.

You have no power over what happened yesterday. You

can’t change your childhood. You can’t fix past relation-
ships. The only place you can be empowered to inform
each moment with the highest resonance of love is in the
here and now.

So if you’re heartbroken over the past, feeling over-

whelmed, angry, frustrated, running late, or terrified of the
future, stop, slow down and take a deep breath. Relax your
body and be available for what you are feeling. No matter
what emotions you’re experiencing; the acceptance of them
in the moment allows the flow of energy to move through
your body preventing the build-up of heaviness and block-
ages within your being – the precursor to stress and illness.

Remain in the now and stay anchored in your breath. Trust

that whatever is unfolding is happening to return you to a
state of flow and harmony.
MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING MEDITATION.

If health, wealth and love are not fully demonstrated in

your life it’s because the Divine isn’t finished providing
all that will fulfill you.

Focus your energy and open your heart to your abun-

dance by developing a daily practice. Meditation, prayer,
mindfulness, even a walk in nature disengages you from
the habitual patterns of fear and judgment and allows
you to consciously vibrate love into your reality.

The Divine dwells in every single part of your experi-

ence. Therefore, even ordinary tasks can be performed
with mindfulness. Peel carrots with presence. Change
the litter box with presence. Fill your gas tank with
presence. There is nowhere the Divine is not.

As little as 3 minutes of mindfulness a day can con-

sciously anchor you in a state of connection. Allow space
for soulfulness, be present in every moment, and make
your life a living meditation.
RELEASE THE FULL POTENTIAL OF
YOUR SOUL.
“I’ve been told I’m not athletic.” “I’m too old to find a
new career.” “I’d love myself if I were thin.” “My past
mistakes make it impossible to move on.”

There are countless reasons why you feel stuck in situa-

tions and old conditioning that doesn’t showcase the
brilliant being you are. The key is not eliminating the
circumstances and ideas you feel hold you back, but
accepting them.

When you are able to let go of the past beliefs you’ve

held so tightly and fully accept who you are without
judgment, without resistance, and without reserve, you
unleash the full love and potential of your soul. It is in
this moment of complete surrender that you let go of
the false beliefs about yourself and begin to live an
authentic life.

Your energetic signature is infinite. The Divine, the

universe and all creation want only the best for you. And
as a vibrational being nothing can limit you. When you
are living authentically and in harmony with your true
self, your soul signature is ignited and limitless joy and
fulfillment can be realized.

Don’t give up. Don’t be disheartened. Your evolution

isn’t finished.

It may just be beginning.
