    II. CORE FUNCTION


    2.1 Observes, records and reports Signs and symptoms assessed on patients in
    patients’ symptoms, conditions, Covid-19 Isolation Unit will be referred to the
    and progression of treatment and attending physician within 15 minutes and
    therapy will be properly dealt with
    2.2 Prepares patients for, and 80% of patients will be properly prepared for
    assisted physicians with, and assisted during procedures
    diagnostic and therapeutic
    procedures for both normal and
    specialized treatment cases
    2.3 Administration of medication 100 % of available patients’ medications will
    be administered within the acceptable time
    frame (30 minutes before and after)
    observing the 12 Rights of drug
    administration
    2.4 Monitors the inventory and 85% of the procured equipment and supplies
    maintenance of supplies, equipment in the area will be checked for availability
    and facilities and functionality
    2.5 Documentation 85% of all nursing related activities at the
    Isolation unit will be properly documented within
    the shift.
    2.6 Monitored and updated unit logbook Updated Emergency Medication logbook which
    includes medication quantity; and its expiration
    dates are documented and monitored.

    3 SUPPORT FUNCTION
    3.1 Attendance to meetings To attend 3 Hospital Assemblies
