CBG-2692 PS UNIT REPLACEMENT

2. Objective Equipment
JSS-296 MF/HF RADIO EQUIPMENT
(NAH-692 POWER AMPLIFIER)
Refer to the Objective ships list for JD-1269-03.

3. Outlines
Problem:
The coil (L3) on the PS UNIT (CBG-2692) in POWER AMPLIFIER (NAH-692) will be burned.
Countermeasure:
Exchange the PS UNIT (CBG-2692) in accordance with the CBG-2692 replacement procedures.
Be sure to send back the removed PS UNIT (CBG-2692) to the COMMUNICATION GROUP,
QUALTY ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT, MARINE ELECTRONICS DIVISION Via MARIN
SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
Note1: The replacement of NAH-692 and JSB-196GM changes into replacement of only the PS UNIT.
Note2: The PS UNIT is attached in the aluminum board.
Note3: The JRC code of the PS UNIT is CBG-2692.

CBG-2692 PS UNIT Replacement procedures

(1) NAH-692 POWER AMPLIFIER の AC,DC スイッチを OFF にします。


Turn off the “AC” and “DC” switch of NAH-692 POWER AMPLIFIER.

(2) 全面パネルのビス 12 個を外します。


Remove the 12 screws of the front panel.

(3) NAH-692 POWER AMPLIFIER を引き出します


Pull out the NAH-692 from the console.

(4) NAH-692 背面のケーブルを全て外します。


Disconnect all cables on the back of NAH-692.

(5) NAH-692 を作業スペースに移動します。


Carry the equipment to working area with care.

(6) 天井板のビス 9 個を外します。
Remove 9 screws of the upper panel.

(7) フラットケーブル J4、J5 および、スイッチケーブル J1, J3 を外します。


Disconnect the flat cables J4 , J5, and switch cables J1, J3.

(8) 背面パネルからのコネクタ J2、J6、J7、J8、J9 を外します。


Disconnect the cable J2, J 6, J7, J8 and J9.

(9) 以下の端子のビスを外します。
Remove the screws of the
following terminals

TB10 (BATT+) Red


TB11 (BATT+) Red
TB12 (BATT−) Blue
TB13 (BATT−) Blue

TB21 (13.6V+) Red


TB22 (13.6V+) Red
TB23 (13.6V−) Blue
TB24 (13.6V−) Blue

(10) J10, J11, J12 FAN 用コネクタ


を外します。
Disconnect cable J10, J11
and J12 for fan.

(11) PS1 のコネクタ CN1, CN2 を


外します。
Disconnect the CN1 and
CN2 of PS1 unit.

(12) AC ケ ー ブ ル の ビ ス を
TB1(ACL)、TB2(CAN)端子か
ら外します。
Remove the screws of AC
cables from the TB1 (ACL)
and TB2 (ACN) terminals.

(13) 下記端子のビスを外す。
Remove the screws of the following terminals.
TB3 (L1)、TB4 (L1)、TB5 (T1-P)、TB6 (T1-P)、TB7 (T1-S)、TB8 (L2)、TB9 (T1-S)、
TB14 (T5-P)、TB18 (T5-S)、TB17 (L4)、 TB15 (T5-P)、TB16 (T5-S)、
TB19 (80V+) Red、TB20 (80V−) Blue

(14)IC 固定ビス、基板と放熱器
を固定しているビスを外す。
(取り外すビスの位置は次
ページを参照。)
Remove the screws from
IC and PCB. (Refer to the
next page for the position
of the screws to remove.)

下図のビスを取り外すします。(55 本)
Remove the screws of the following figure. (55 screws)

(15) 基板を外し、放熱器上に残った
取付足(スペーサ)を全て外す。
Remove the spacers from the
radiator.

(16) 交換用基板を取り出す。
Prepare the new PCB.

(17) 交換用基板の事前準備として
本体放熱器との固定用ビスを
ピンセット等で、予め挿入して
おく。(使用するビスの長さは
次 ペ ー ジ の 図 参 照 )
For the easy assemble, insert
the screws each fixing points
before assemble.
(Refer to the next page to use
proper screws.)

図示の個所のネジは 本体の放熱器と確実に固定する事。 (計 18 本)
Fix with radiator, using proper screws. (18 screws)

(19) 交換用基板を本体に入れます。
Attach the new PCB on the radiator
with care.
.

(20) 本体放熱器と交換用基板を固定しま
す。
Tighten all screws on the PCB and
IC to the radiator.

CAUTION
プリント板の固定には 18 本全てのビスを使用してください。少ないビスでの
固定は故障の原因となります。
Use all 18 screws for fixation of the PCB. Fixation on a few screws may
lead to malfunction.

(21) 手順(2)から(14)で取り外した全ての配線・ネジを取り付け後、NAH-692 をコンソールに戻します。


Return the NAH-692 to the console after attaching all of the wirings and screws that were
removed in the procedure of (2) to (14).
