1 Drone Delivery Overall Project
Prototype

1.1 Initiation 1.1.1 Define scope and Determine the goal of the project, understand its
boundaries limitations and define the scope
1.1.2 Identify and Bring in suitable employees from DroneTech and

1.5.2 Customer orders Wilmont's will handle customer willingness requests,
approve orders and maintain inventory for drugs and
prescriptions
1.5.3 Flight operations DroneTech will handle flight operations and control
the drones using their interface and systems
1.5.4 Business analysis Business analysts from both the organisations will
analyse the business potential of the prototype
project
1.5.5 Control Maintain transparent communications between
organisations and maintain efficient delivery to the
customers
1.6 Closeout Performance analysis The key stakeholders will analyse the success of the
prototype and determine its applicability on a
commercial scale.
Project report An elaborate report will be made considering the
performance of the prototype, the challenges and the
results
Documentation The project documents will be updated, validated
with signatures and archived for future use
