impact, organizational support, and its uses. Also, the researchers have anticipated that the use of
evidence research shall be used in private sector more than in public sector. For this study, path
analysis was conducted to compare three models. As per the researcher anticipation, it was found
that the private sector provided greater support for EBP implementation, and also, showed

demonstrates the role of organizational support for EBP and also, to adopt this practice for long
term plans. Along with that, this can also helpful for organization to be innovative and achieve
the goals.
Marr (2010) has defined Evidence based management as a framework for translating
raw data into information and using the very same information into actionable knowledge. Also,
it has five different steps to measure the challenges. They are as follows:
Getting insights
Each step has its sub- steps which provide a full picture of how evidence based practice
can be useful to build organizational structure. Thus, this can be used in our assignment
The article presents the concepts of patient safety and high reliability in the health care
organization and also, how evidence based practice can be helpful to assist companies or any
firm to achieve high reliability. Along with that, ARCC (Advancing Research and Clinical
practice through close Collaboration) model and EBP is also highlighted as a key strategic to
achieve high reliability in organizations. Melnyk (2012) has concluded that to build or to
improve efficiency and reduce health cost in the health care, it is important to implement ARCC
model as well as sustain EBP. Through this, the organization can get knowledge regarding
various scenarios and how it can be dealt in future. Lastly, this article can come in handy in show

questionnaire method by asking different queries to 2,789 staffs. Questions such as: what are
managers’ behaviors towards EBP, what evidence sources do employees used to complete their
daily job, and many more. In conclusion, it was found that, most of the managers had positive
attitudes towards this practice. However, due to lack of time and limited understanding its
implementation was being slow. Also, it was found that managers use the very same pattern to
complete their task in the respective fields. To enhance the use of EBP in an organization,

utilized. When there is a certain issue faced by a new comer employee, he can get panicked, to
overcome these basic problems, supervisor or mangers tend to keep files or record of previous
experienced employees to tackle with similar type of problem in future. Thus, the newcomer can
get ideas through the records, videos, or stored filed to solve the issues. Therefore, it is necessary
to store evidences in each and every organization to know what can be done to solve different
