 Hot dogs are always in demand in our grab-and-go culture most especially in the
Philippines, one of the emerging markets and is the sixth richest in Southeast Asia by
GDP per capita.. Filipinos eat hot dogs every once in a while. Therefore, Philippines is a
good location for the expansion of our business for there is a potential of large demand
for hotdogs for Filipinos that will eventually help for the growth and development of our
business.

 Increased Market Size
- US, itself, is the top consumer of hot dogs. However, we wanted to increase the
market size or increases the number of potential customers of our own hotdog business
and, to achieve that, the expansion in the Philippines could be a great help.
Philippines, since it is an emerging market, might offer higher potential returns. Thus,
our business can build stronger position not only in US but also in the Philippines.

 Expanding our business in the Philippines enables us to regulate the procedure or
operations in producing, selling and distributing hotdogs. With this, it elevate our
capacity on how to consistently reduce cost and, at the same time, increasing the
value of our hotdogs, Additionally, since we’re from US and we expanded our
business in the Philippines, in this manner, we’ll be able to share resources and
knowledge that, eventually, allow us to comprehend on how to develop synergy in
which it will help us to produce higher quality products at a lower cost that is
good for most Filipinos.

 Having a facility in the Philippines cater easier access to lower-cost labor,
business taxes, energy and etc. because these two costs differs in US. In addition,
Philippines are known for its abundance in livestock and natural resources which
can be used in the production of hot dogs therefore there is an easy access for the
materials in the production of our product, hotdogs.
