School Based Management Team Roles and Responsibilities

LUCAPON SOUTH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The School School-Based Management Team (SSBMT) shall have the following
functions:
a. Organize, coordinate, document meetings regarding SBM;
b. Aid school head in recommending SBM related project proposals for approval;
c. Assist the school head and school planning team in the preparation of SBM artifacts
for validation.
d. Prepare report re: SBM Action Plan, Working Plan and Budget;
e. Conduct periodic and regular monitoring of SBM activities in their respective schools;
f. Endorse school-level SBM project proposals to Division SBM Coordinator; and
g. Prepare accomplishment reports on SBM based on approved action plan and budget
3. The SSBMC shall perform the above functions in addition to their usual duties and
responsibilities and does not entail extra remuneration.
