1. Look at the walls of the classroom. What are posted on the walls?
What heroes, religious figures, lessons, visual aids, announcements, do you
see posted?

In this picture the wall of classroom had a lot of different types of


visual aids (printed and written at black board), an illustration board
that full of infographics about the subject/units, and a mission and
vision posted. Since it is a classroom of an elementary students it
has an alphabetical letter in cursive form at the top of green board.
2. Examine how the pieces of furniture are arranged. Where is the
teacher’s table located? How are the tables and chairs/desks arranged?

The student’s table and chairs are well organize/arrange


based on rows and the teacher’s table is located at corner or
right side of the teacher point of reference.

3. What learning materials/equipment are present?

In terms of learning materials, the visual is present at the


picture. Visuals is an interactive material like charts, printed
photos, or printed representation of things, blackboard, and
books. This learning materials helps the students engaged in
learning and coping knowledge.

4. Observe the students. How many are occupying one room?

The students in this room are 30 or less. Students looks


actively participating in lecture also they look comfortable to
their room and it is clean and well ventilated.

5. Is the room well-lit and well-ventilated?

Based on a picture the classroom has wall fan, high ceiling,


and an open window which I conclude that the classroom is
well ventilated based on the students occupying the
classroom. It looks clean, the chairs and desk are arranged
properly.
Classroom Facilities Description (location, number,
arrangement, condition)
1. Wall Displays The wall display is located at every corners of the
classroom. The arrangement is very neat and well
organized.
2. Teacher’s Table It is located at the right corner of black board.
There is only one teacher’s table, and the condition
are good as new and looks durable.
3. Learner’s Desks and Learner’s desk is located at the center of the
chairs
classroom where the learners are comfortable. It
has 20-30 desk and chairs.
4. Blackboard Blackboard is in front of students. It has a
rectangular shape, wide and clean.
5. Learning The learning materials used are chalks,

blackboard, and books (located under the
blackboard). Also, it has a colorful visual aid. The
condition of learning material/visual aids is
arranged perfectly and well-organized.
6. Wall fan It is located at the back of students in right corner.

1. How do the school campus and the classroom in particular impact
the learning of the students going to school? What are your conclusions?

I conclude that school as well as classroom plays a big


role/impact in the learning of every learners. It should be
impact in terms of the learners can create a good
environment, comfortability, it encourages learning, and it
should be conducive to learning. Also, the school or
classroom that gives the learners a motivation or excitement
to go in school every day.

2. How does this relate to your knowledge of child and adolescent


development? /How does this relate to your knowledge of facilitating learning?

In our subject to child and adolescent development, I learned


that the environment really takes place in every individual
such as to their behavior and learning. For facilitating
learning the environment also has a big impact to learners to
learn and develop their potentials. A conducive learning
environment is such a big help to their development.
1. What kind of school campus is conducive to learning?

The kind of school that is conducive for learning should be


surrounded a good and right facilities to cater the learners needs to
develop their innate potentials. A school environment that is
comfortable and free from distraction for the learners to focus.

2. What kind of classroom is conducive to learning?

A conducive classroom that has enough space to accommodate


the learners as well as the teacher/instructor. Has a complete
classroom facility like learners’ desk and chair, teacher’s table,
black board, etc. Also, a clean and well ventilated with proper
lightning classroom. A conducive classroom encourages the
learners to interact and stablish a social interaction or camaraderie.

3. Write your additional learnings and insights.

As a future educator, it is important to know this because someday


it may help me create a conducive classroom for my students to be
interested to learned and be motivated because of good
atmosphere inside the classroom.
