Municipality of Santa Rosa: Office of The MPDC

The Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator of the Municipality of Santa Rosa in the Province of Nueva Ecija wrote a letter to the Municipal Mayor requesting the purchase of 19 pairs of rain boots and raincoats for the Materials Recovery Facility personnel. The letter listed the names of the 19 personnel, their rain boot sizes which were mostly size 7, and their raincoat sizes which were all listed as large. The request was made as the rainy season was approaching and the gear was necessary to protect the personnel from the harsh weather.
