    BPA 2K17 FINAL DEFENSE SCHEDULE & GUIDELINES

    GUIDELINES

    1. Maximum time for the final defense presentation is 20 minutes, which is inclusive of the Q/A
    session. You are required to complete your presentation in fifteen minutes so that five minutes
    could be reserved for the faculty panel to ask questions of the groups. Each group must follow
    the time limit religiously. Exceeding time limit will result in deduction of the letter grade.

    2. You are required to include the following mandatory elements/ sections in your presentations:

    a. Research Methodology:

    Please include your hypotheses, independent, dependent variables and intermediating/


    intervening variables (if any) in this section. Also, indicate any specific quantitative/
    qualitative techniques employed by you in your research work. Kindly include any other
    relevant information as deemed appropriate by your respective faculty supervisor.

    b. Analysis:

    Please include your analysis here. The analysis can include but is not limited to graphs,
    charts and tables. If you have employed qualitative methods of research in your thesis work
    then identify those qualitative methods/ techniques of analysis in this section of the
    presentation.

    c. Findings:

    Pleas include findings in this section.

    d. Recommendations:

    Please include your recommendations in this section.

    3. All group members are required to be present during their presentations and participate as well.

    Apart from the given-above sections you are recommended not to include any other sections in your
    presentation unless your respective faculty advises you to do so. Please do not include ppts on
    introduction, lit review, significance of study or any other irrelevant section as it will result in very less
    focus on the mandatory sections of your presentations.

    4. Please upload your presentations on ‘BPA 2K17 THESES DEFENSE’ MS Team by Sunday evening
    i.e, ( 5:00 P.M.). All groups have already been added into the team. Please follow the given link
