    Do not exceed "P" in Grey Cast iron above 0.08%.


    Avove that there are chances of formation of
    Steadite , Poor Machinability , increase in Shrinkage
    tendency and increase in Cracking tendency of the
    Casting.
    अगर casting मे फॉस्फरस की मात्रा 0.08% से जादा हो जाती है
    , तो Casting मे स्टे डाइट आने की संभावना होती है. साथ ही मे
    Casting की machinability खराब होती है , Castings मे
    Shrinkage आने की संभावना बढ जाती है. जादा फॉस्फरस की
    वजह से Castings मे क्रॅक आने की भी संभावना होती है .
    इसमलये फॉस्फरस को 0.08% के नीचे रखखये.

    रखो उसके र moisture रहे गा तो
    Casting ामलटी मे तकलीफ आ सकती
    है
