2. After the DSP has stopped, the system cancels UNLOAD and activates NORMAL automatically.

[2]IPI (instantaneous power interruption) (option)

This function applies to the models that supports an optional IPI restarting function. In case of the standard models
the setting fields are filled with asterisks.

2.The field defines a maximum allowable IPI interval in

IMPORTANT
IMPORTANT

Settings are selectable when the DSP is in a stop.

IMPORTANT
IMPORTANT
1. Instantaneous power interruption (IPI) means that the power voltage drops to zero (0) instantaneously.
2. For the IPI time of less than 20 ms, the DSP does not stop but continues to operate.
3. For the IPI time of more than the setting, the DSP judges it as a power failure; the DSP stops but does
not restart automatically. You must press the START button to restart it.

5 PoWeR SAVE SETTING/Data RECORD SETTING Display

[1]PoWeR SAVE SETTING

This function enables a power saving operation by reducing the cutout pressure to a preset target value, when the
load/unload cycling interval is longer than a motor stop delay interval. If the cycling interval (the difference between
cutout time and cutin time) is over the motor stop delay interval, the system reduces the cutout pressure to a target
so as to make the cycling interval closer to the motor stop delay interval. If you set the SAVE MODE to ON, the
display’s TYPE field shows SAVE for a power saving operation.

FOR HITACHI
4.3 Attention in Circuit Board Exchange SERVICE ONLY
Before exchanging circuit boards, check if the version of software application is the same for control circuit board
and for the main circuit board. Then, execute RESET ALL for sure. This initializes all the settings on the circuit
board and erases all the memory. Follow the procedures below:
① Check if the version of software application is in accordance for the circuit boards to be exchanged(control
board and CPU board).
This board employs CPU on both control board and CPU board to communicate between them. If they don’t
have software application of the same version, it can lead a misled action.
② Make a record of circuit board settings before ALL RESET(existing circuit board) and the following memory
data.
・ Operating hours, last inspection date, last overhaul date(page 19) memory
・ All the other changes made by user on the function settings(page 10~20) memory
③ Exchange the circuit board.
④ Make DIP switch settings(page 21).
⑤ Keeping       +       pressed,
FUNCTION RESET connect power to RESET ALL.
Initial screen appears with HITACH logo flashing and ALL RESET is completed.
Skipping of this action may lead display errors and/or misled action.
⑥ Proceed with the following settings.
・ Calendar setting (page 19)
・ Clock setting (page 19)
・ Operating hours (page 19)
・ Last inspection date (page 19)
・ Last overhaul date (page 19)
・ CT setting (page 20)
・ Specified pressure setting (page 20)
・ Alarm/shutdown setting (page 18, 19)
・ Others
Change settings according to the record made in ①.
