1. Scoville asked Lisa to do the copying work while not planning his time well, he blames
Lisa for not being a team worker in not completed the tasked job
2. Linton cuts off Lisa whenever she tries to make her point or tries to say anything about
Scoville. Her personal rapport with Scoville which makes her support Scoville even
when he is wrong is against Organizational ethics

Reason 1: She is too talented for the work that she is tasked for at this organization
Reason 2: she does not have a good management support to help her grow and deliver
Reason 3: She has a good support and a firm believer in her skills in her previous
organization where she interned. She should work there as the management there is
aware of her strengths and wants her to drive business.
