    Lisa was a Harvard MBA, while Linton and Scoville weren’t, they also expressed that
    they disliked Harvard MBAs.

    Instance 1: On day 1, when Lisa went to meet Linton, Linton said that she did not expect
    Benton for one more week and that her office was not set up yet.

    Instance 2: Scoville and Benton go out for lunch when Scoville mentions that he wasn’t
    impressed by MBAs especially from Harvard.

    Lisa should start being herself and make her presence felt during meetings by adding her point
    of view

    She also needs to find ways to showcase her work and analysis

    Lisa should be her true self and start making her point of view, she needs to talk during
    meetings confidently

    Instead of passing the buck to Scoville should confidently share her opinions instead of saying
    that she is not familiar with..

    2. Scoville needs to accept and believe in Lisa’s abilities and guide her and give her
    opportunity to deliver
    3. The general tone of Scoville should not be condescending, he needs to work on his

    1. Ingratiation: Lisa can find ways to be in good books of Linton / Scoville
    2. Personal appeal: Lisa can try to be loyal to Linton / Scoville and thus gain their trust

    1. Coalition: Lisa could possibly try to approach Vernon and open up with him about her
    situation which could help her if Vernon believes in her and supports her
    2. Pressure: Lisa could resign / express her interest to quit to Linton putting pressure on
    her to retain Lisa

    Question 7

    Yes, there have been many instances where there has been a breach of ethics.

    1. Scoville asked Lisa to do the copying work while not planning his time well, he blames
    Lisa for not being a team worker in not completed the tasked job
    2. Linton cuts off Lisa whenever she tries to make her point or tries to say anything about
    Scoville. Her personal rapport with Scoville which makes her support Scoville even
    when he is wrong is against Organizational ethics

    Question 8

    Lisa should quit her job:

    Reason 1: She is too talented for the work that she is tasked for at this organization
    Reason 2: she does not have a good management support to help her grow and deliver

    Reason 3: She has a good support and a firm believer in her skills in her previous
    organization where she interned. She should work there as the management there is
    aware of her strengths and wants her to drive business.
