    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    WE, LUCITO EMPLEO, ELENA NORMA EMPLEO-PONDOON, DOLORES


    EMPLEO-SISON, and AIDA EMPLEO-ARCHIVAL, all of legal age, Filipinos, and
    residents of Brgy. Giloctog, Barili Cebu, do hereby authorize RESTITUTO
    EMPLEO, JR. and EMELITO EMPLEO, both of legal age, Filipinos, married and
    residents of Giloctog, Barili, Cebu, to act as our true and legal representatives
    and/or attorneys-in-fact to act for and in our names, place and stead, and on
    our behalf to do and execute any or all of the following acts, deeds, and things,
    to wit:

    1. To appear before the Philippine Mediation Center for Civil Case


    No. CEB-BAR-929 to enter into amicable settlement and
    compromise agreement, to receive any proceeds and sign any
    documents in relation to the aforesaid civil case.

    2. To appear on our behalf during the Preliminary


    Conference/Pretrial Conference.

    3. To appear on our behalf during the whole duration of the


    proceeding of the above-entitled case.

    4. To sign the verification and certification of non-forum shopping


    and to verify all other pleadings.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our legal representatives or


    attorneys-in-fact full power and authority to execute and perform every
    actor thing lawfully done hereunder and within powers hereinstated
    necessary to render effective the special power granted in this instrument, as
    though we, ourselves have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING and
    RATIFYING ALL that they may do by virtue thereof.
