MEMORANDUM OF CONTRACT

SUPPLY OF MANPOWER TO AUSTRALIA AND CANADA

 The salary of the employees shall be given within two days of the completion of every
working month.

 The employees shall not be deprived of basic salary in case of illness/uncertainty

 All the Employees shall be provided with time-card for calculation of overtime
allowance.
 The employees will be recruited directly by our company, the will not be relegated or
downgraded in terms of position, salary, benefits and work at any cost. The position and
category of the employees shall be decided only prior to selection and recruitment.
 The employment contract will be issued by our company and certified with original sign
and stamp with authorized recruiting agent at the time of departure from Nepal will be
considered as legally valid contract for the purpose of clause no contract shall be made
with less salary and benefits after arrival.
 Minimum Monthly salary ranges from $2749 and above, this will depend on the echelon
and category 

 Job site will be at Saskatchewan, Melbourne and British Columbia, in Canada and Australia.
 Employees will be hired to work   General Labor or cleaner
 8 hours daily, excluding overtime hours
 Employees have to show proof of IELTS OR TOEFL certificates minimum score 6.5 and above.
 Employee without IELTS/TOEFL must have their documents legalize at the global Canada office in
other for it to be valid.
 All Employees from Asia and Africa coming to Canada /Australia/New Zealand MUST have their
document legalized by the GLOBAL CANADA OFFICE, CANADA EMBASSY IN RUSSIA as accredited
by the Canada/Australia Law, the cost of legalization is $520 only.
 Fees/cost of residence permit, medical, electricity, water, and accommodation shall be solely
born by the employer.

 Employer shall also bear the fines, if any, because of the delay in the processing of
above cases.

 Employer shall be fully responsible for the salary and other facilities of employees even
if they are supplied to other employer/s.
 All other terms and conditions not mentioned herein shall be subject to the legal
provisions of Canada/Australia.

 This agreement made and entered between Delta Group of Company duly registered
company in Australia, Canada and New Zealand under the laws of WA, Australia, with
business address in 6168, Garden Island, Australia
 Herein referred to as the Employer.
AND
 Raj Overseas Pvt Ltd. A Company duly registered to deploy manpower from Nepal and
 existing under the Laws of Nepal, with business address at Minbhawan, Kathmandu,
Nepal, herein referred to as the Manpower supply.
 The Raj overseas will make all the arrangement to supply manpower from Nepal, as per
the request and specification of Delta group of company.
 Delta group of company will recruit workers from Nepal through Raj Overseas.
 Delta Group of company has agreed to appoint Raj Overseas as its legal representative
in Nepal for the purpose of supplying manpower (Nepali Workers) for his company in
Canada/Australia.
 NOTE** our overseas agent (Raj Overseas) will be compensated 10% of employees
monthly salary throughout the duration of the contract, 10% of all the workers  monthly
salary which Raj Overseas will supply to delta group of company will be deducted and it
will be credited to the account of raj overseas throughout the duration of the contract
two years.
 Legalization fee must be paid and the documents legalized accordingly before the
contract of employment can be approved and the employment letter issued by the
government of Canada and Australia Respectively.

Employees will be responsible for their visa application fee.
 Minimum monthly salary Ranges from $2785 and above for Non native English speaker
 Compilation of all documentations in Australia/Canada including contract of
employment, employment letter etc takes 10 to 21 business days depending on the
decision of the government.
 Delta group will be completely responsible to bring selected manpower from Nepal to
Melbourne-Australia and will guarantee for six months.
 During this period if any of the deployed workers found to be medically unfit, refused to
work and return home sick, Delta group of company will bear all the expenses for health
issues until he is fit to start duty as per Australia/Canada labor law, the said workers
WILL NOT BE REPATRATED TO HIS COUNTRY .
 Delta group of company shall make arrangements to make visa for all the employed
workers, in this case, we assure the Raj Overseas 100% the visas will be issued.
 Delta Group of Company will provide free accommodation & transportation for the
selected workers in Melbourne, Saskatchewan, Vancouver British Columbia Canada and
Australia Respectively, as per the prevailing Labor Law of Australia & its own rules.
 Delta group of company will provide all the facilities incorporated to all the selected
workers as per the prevailing Labor Law in Australia/Canada
 Delta Group of Company will make all the arrangements to receive all the selected
workers within 14 days of issuing them he entry visa to Australia/Canada.
 This agreement will be effective upon signing thereof by both the parties concerned.
 Visa & Ticket will be provided by Delta group of company.
 Delta Group of Company DOES NOT DEMAND SERVICE CHARGE, it is against the
Australia/Canada labor law, However, Raj Overseas may decide to do so if they so wish.
 Employees have to pay the legalization fee, in case employees cannot afford to pay
legalization fee, Raj Overseas will cover the responsibility and pay for them
 Applicants MUST pay the Legalization fee. (Non native English speakers and applicants without
IELTS / TOEFL).

LEGALIZATION FEE is as follows

1) Employment letter $95 (Non native English speakers only) 
2) Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) $123 (Non native English Speaker only) 
 3) Backup/Support letter $134 (Non native English Speaker only).
4) National occupational classification $168 (Non native English speaker only)
