This historic MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT between the ESPERANZA ELEMENTARY


SCHOOL, represented by its Principal/School Head, and the Parent-Teachers’ Association, recognizes the
importance of establishing a school-to-community relationships that fosters mutual understanding, shared
responsibilities and a commitment to working together for the improvement of student learning.

I. INTENT

This AGREEMENT is hereby made and entered into by the ESPERANZA ELEMENTARY
SCHOOL, and the Parent-Teachers’ Association, who will collaborate to establish harmonious partnership
and share responsibilities for the benefit of the school especially the pupils.

II. SCOPE OF INTENT

This AGREEMENT is intended to establish harmonious and share responsibilities for the benefit of
the school especially the pupils.

III. DATE AND TERM

This AGREEMENT will become effective upon signing by all parties and will commence at the start
of the 2019-2020 school year. The agreement shall be reviewed annually by the parties to determine its

IV. PARTIES MUTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES

 Work cooperatively to ensure appropriate, efficient communication in support of the objectives of


this agreement.
 Ensure consistent attendance by representatives at all meetings and functions related to
accomplishing the objectives of this agreement.
 Regularly share information about pupils successes and barriers to success with the intent to improve
programs and ensure basic elementary completion by pupils.

THIS HISTORIC memorandum of understanding BETWEEN ESPERANZA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL represented by
its principal and School Planning Team of Guadalupe Elementary School ,represented by its stakeholders from the different
sectors of society , recognizes the importance of establishing a school to community relationship that fosters mutual understanding
, shared responsibilities & Accountability and a commitment to working together towards the achievement of the schools vision,
mission, and goals.

I. INTENT/PURPOSE
ESPERANZA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL and the School Planning Team have entered into an agreement to achieve
all key common initiatives related to promoting the goals of quality education. In consideration of the
aforementioned premise , the school and the School Planning Team agreed and entered into this Memorandum of
Understanding to collaborate in undertaking activities and in the implementation of policies , programs and projects
to improve school performance.
II. SCOPE OF AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEEMENT is intended to establish harmonious partnership and share responsibilities for the benefit of
the school especially the pupils through:
1. Developing collaboratively a School Improvement Plan
2. Continual and regular review and Adjustment of the SIP/AIP
3. Enhancement of the School Improvement Plan or Development Plan
4. Assist in Implementing the SIP
5. Reporting the Progress of SIP Implementation
6. Monitors and Evaluates SIP/AIP Implementation
III. DATE AND TERM
This AGREEMENT will become effective upon signing all parties and will commence at the start of the 2016-
2018 school year. The agreement shall be reviewed annually by the parties to determine its continuation and /or
need for modification.
IV. PARTIES’ MUTUAL RESPONSIBBILITIES

I. Title of the Activity : Formulation of E-SIP & Development Plan For School Years 2019-2022
II. Rationale:
GUADALUPE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is actively building excellence by creating and sustaining curriculum and
best practices that lead to high quality learning for all the pupils. Each mentor has the capacity to insert challenges and
opportunities of teaching and learning in a dynamic and revolving environment.
The formulation of the school improvement plan intends to achieve better performance of the pupils and the
entire school as well.
This enables all stakeholders to work towards common vision. This encourages commitment by showing the
staff, stakeholders that their work is essential to help their school succeed. In order to achieve success everyone must
work hand in hand during the formulation of the SIP.
The SIP is a roadmap which helps us track, evaluate and modify to facilitate better governance decisions and
provide direction for the future of the school.
A well implemented plan and communicated plan holds all staff/ stakeholders accountable for their actions
and encourages collaboration.
Most of all, planning provides a framework so that the most important priority of the school which is the
educational achievement of the school is taken care of.
