I. Title of the Activity : Formulation of E-SIP & Development Plan For School Years 2019-2022
II. Rationale:
GUADALUPE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL is actively building excellence by creating and sustaining curriculum and
best practices that lead to high quality learning for all the pupils. Each mentor has the capacity to insert challenges and
opportunities of teaching and learning in a dynamic and revolving environment.
The formulation of the school improvement plan intends to achieve better performance of the pupils and the
entire school as well.
This enables all stakeholders to work towards common vision. This encourages commitment by showing the
staff, stakeholders that their work is essential to help their school succeed. In order to achieve success everyone must
work hand in hand during the formulation of the SIP.
The SIP is a roadmap which helps us track, evaluate and modify to facilitate better governance decisions and
provide direction for the future of the school.
A well implemented plan and communicated plan holds all staff/ stakeholders accountable for their actions
and encourages collaboration.
Most of all, planning provides a framework so that the most important priority of the school which is the
