Good day!
Once again we are requesting your presence at a meeting regarding the formulation of
Enhanced-SIP/Development Plan with MOA signing.
We need your participation to contribute your brilliant ideas in order to produce better
SIP which is necessary for better improvement of the school.
The meeting will be on July 19, 2019 at the principal’s office. Please do attend on this day.

Summary:
The activity started with the signing of attendance, then prayer led by Barangay
Councilor, Cristita Tolibas, and singing of Philippine National Anthem conducted by Mrs. Nida
R. Galapon. Right after that, the formulation of School Improvement Plan started, spearheaded
by the school principal, Melvin Chito M. Solis.
Actual Result or Outcome: The draft of SIP 2014-2017 was completed and finalized with the
Lesson learned: The school need to strengthen and thoroughly organize the
in the SIP.

The Pagsulhugon National High School, Babatngon District conducted one-day orientation regarding the
formulation of School Improvement Plan process headed by the school head, Melvin Chito M. Solis as team leader. An
orientation was conducted on March 4, 2014 (Tuesday) 10:00 am at Pagsulhugon National High School - Multipurpose
Building for the drafting of the School Improvement Plan.
In the first part of the orientation, the member of the School Planning Team were facilitated and oriented of
their roles and responsibilities as members of SPT. They were also informed about the DepEd Vision, Mission and Core
Values.
The following questions were asked to the School Planning Team to help them draw their insights more:
1. What is the meaning for us of the first paragraph of the DepEd Vision?
2. How do we understand “learner-centered…, and continuously improves…” in the second paragraph of the
DepEd Vision?
3. What is the DepEd Mission all about?
4. What is the role of each one in the DepEd Mission?
5. What values do we possess that support the Core Values of Education?
After the Vision sharing, the SPT prepared a timetable to follow in formulating the SIP process as well as the AIP.
Below was the suggested timetable for the SPT to follow:

The parents and other stakeholders have gathered at around 10 o’clock in the morning. The meeting was started
with a prayer led by the Brgy. Councilor, Cristita Tolibas.
The school head, Melvin Chito M. Solis had an opening remarks regarding the meaning and importance of SIP to
the school. He pointed out the great help that the SIP can provide to the learning of the students. He asked for the
support from the stakeholders to enhance the SIP for the development of the program of the school.
The school head asked the barangay captain, Joel R. Rondina on what the council can do to help for the
improvement of the school.
The barangay captain expressed the council’s whole support to the activities that the school will conduct and
that they are ready to do whatever they can to help for the school development.
One parent also expressed her support by suggesting to have a clean-up drive on the entire area of the school.
Everyone on the meeting have agreed to attend future meetings regarding the development of the SIP.
