We are pleased to inform you that:
You have been hired by TNS MANPOWER AND CONCULTANCY CORPORATION. The length of this contract will be for 30 days.
During your employment, you will be working with our client as a

Terms and Conditions:

1. Your Job classification is that of with the rate of ____________ per day actually
worked. Should you incur absences: the amount corresponding to the number of days that you were absent will be
deducted. You will not be provided for by the Labor Code as amended and any other social legislation.
2. Your Employment shall be strictly on a “NO WORK – NO PAY POLICY” basis. You shall abide by the rules and regulation of
TNS MANPOWER AND CONSULTANCY CORPORATION.
3. You shall follow strictly the official working hours of the company. Should you be late in reporting for work, the
corresponding amount shall be deducted for the from your basic rate.
4. The contract shall be for the duration of ONE (01) month commencing on and automatically
finished contract on .
5. Unless terminated earlier due to lack of work or failure to abide by the terms of this agreement. It is also understood
that upon completion of any phase of the contract, separation thereof can be affected immediately.
6. In the event that the company requires substitution or replacement by reason of your negligence, discourtesy or due to
your unsatisfactory performances or behavior shall automatically be terminated even before the expiration of the
terms referred to herein above.
7. You will receive your pay semi- monthly every 10 th and 25th of the month.
8. In case of work stoppages such as strikes, sit down strikes walk out and any concerted action, initiated by the union of
the company you are not in any manner allowed to participate mass actions, more or so you are required to performed
your usual duties and responsibilities despite such occurrences.
9. You understand and accept that there can be no verbal agreement between you and TNS MANPOWER AND
CONSULTANCY CORPORATION. Or any of its agents and representatives affecting this agreement unless the same are
confirmed in writing and duly signed by the concerned parties.
10. That you agree to give the company a minimum of THIRTHY DAYS (30 days) prior to your resignation.
11. Should you resign earlier than the expiration of your contract without justifiable reasons a case shall be filled against
you and policy on FINAL PAY shall apply.
12. That upon termination of employment with TNS MANPOWER AND CONSULTANCY CORPORATION you will surrender all
documents and records, which relates to the business activity or any material, which belong to the company.
13. If company property is misuse or you damage the property, TNS MANPOWER AN CONSULTANCY CORPORATION
reserves the right to require you to pay all part of the cost to repair or replace the property. Misappropriation is
grounds for immediate termination and possible criminal action.
14. That you understand that upon signing this document TNS MANPOWER AND CONSULTANCY CORPORATION is free from
liability or legal actions for which you are involved or may be involved relative to your previous employment.
15. You expressly undertake to indemnify TNS for any damage that the latter may incur arising from your willful acts or
negligence in the performance of your duties, including reimbursement of the amounts paid by TNS, by reason thereof,
to its client where you are assigned or deployed, as well as to other 3rd persons, plus legal interest at the rate of twelve
percent (12%) per annum until full payment thereof, as well as attorney’s fees in the amount equivalent to twenty
percent (20%) of the total amount due.

FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, CONCERNED PARTIES THROUGH ITS DESINATED REPRESENTATIVES AND
THE CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYEE HERBY AFFIX THEIR SIGNATURES TO SIGNIFY MUTUAL AGREEMENT.
