" REFLECTION "
This One week of Immersion is helpful and a meaningful experience during Senior High School days. It is
amazing you can gain more knowledge, ideas, insight and background in choosing what course you are going to
take in college. This experience helps me on how to be a responsible, a better person and a successful professinal
someday. I have learned so much and met people.
I have realized in my 1 week of Immersion that it is true what Adults say that :. Its better to study than
to work. Because when you work, you cant slack off, you cant be late, you cant be adsent without valid
reasons, you cant sleep during work hours and all that but when you're still a student you get allowance
without working hard, you can enjoy and be free, you can be late sometimes and you dont have that
much of a responsibility.
Having an Immersion in Gs Bakery and Dwinox, I learned that there is a time for work and time
for enjoyment. I was able to develop my time management in a way that i was able to be productive
during work. I also developed my social skills wherein i easily got along with the employees in Gs
Bakery and Dwinox. In conclusion, My respect for everyone improved and i was aware of my
Responsibilities and Tasks. I knew that i develop and grew Mentally and Emotionally.
" NARRATIVE REPORT "
1 Week ( January 27-31, 2020 )
January 27, 2020 ( Monday )
On the first day of my Work Immersion I'm a little bet nervous and excited for
what will going to happen because i'm new to everything. Through this experiences, I
believe i become more responsible in everything that i do because it is a part of a
work. I can say that through this Immersion it helps us face the realities of being in a
job and how we see differently our careers in the future. I've learned also that if you
are a person needs a job you need to have a long patient to your customers.
January 28, 2020 ( Tuesday )
On the day 2 of Immersion, In Gs Bakery I am confident because i learned how

to serve people buy any kind of Bread and Hot Pandesal. I also know the price of
Bread, and also i learned what kind of bread he/she want to buy. In Dwinox on my
second day i know what position may i assigned, and i know what may i do in
dwinox, to wash the plate and any kind of equipments.
January 29, 2020 ( Wednesday )
In the third day in Gs Bakery, I expected that were assigned in the baking area because i
want to learned on how to bake and Ate Melyn said that in the third day we will assigned in the
baking area but it's not, Because my two classmates didn't want to exchange. But it's okey because
i'm enjoying to work as a Saleswoman. In Dwinox i'm so happy because my new knowledge
especially on how to repack the Siomai, Patty and to how cover the Spoon and Fork.
January 30, 2020 ( Thursday )
In day 4 of Work Immersion, I say that this immersion it helps us to face the realities of
being in a good job and how to see differently our careers in the future. In Gs Bakery & Dwinox
we providing us this opportunity to experience a work and gains knowledge.
January 31, 2020 ( Friday )
On the job training in day 5, Since this is the last day of our work immersion i work very
hard in Gs Bakery and Dwinox every hours and days past my knowledge and experiences was
improved and i enjoy to work and i'm happy because i already done of our Work Immersion
in one week.
"OVERALL REFLECTION AND

SELF-APPRAISAL"
I say that this immersion it helps us to face the realities of being in a good job and how
to see differently our careers in the future. I work very hard in Gs Bakery and Dwinox every
hours and days past my knowledge and experiences was improved and i enjoy to work and
i'm happy because i already done of our Work Immersion in one week. Through this
experiences, I believe i become more responsible in everything that i do because it is a part of
a work. I can say that through this Immersion it helps us face the realities of being in a job
and how we see differently our careers in the future. I've learned also that if you are a person

"OBSERBATION AND INSIGHTS"
I can say that Immersion is such an opportunity, why I say so? because having the
immersion was really a good start to experience how does it to be in a work place. In my case
I was so to fortunate to have my immersion at the GS Bakery and Dwinox Restaurant. I am
very happy because working at the GS and Dwinox is one of my dream job in the near future
and spending my immersion there, even in just a short span of time had reallyvopened my
eyes on how fun at the same time, I have realized something that will really be useful for my
future. First, Punctuality is very essential because in this simple way, you can realized that
time is shot that you must manage your time to finish your work at the given time. Second,
Patience is must because customer is always right, I experienced how to dealt with people
with high tempered and lastly, always poses a positive attitude because positivity is next to
tranquility. I'm glad for the another experiences that I will treasure the most because I have
experienced new things that aren't familiar with the things I usually do at school. I have met
new people with different attitudes and learned something new.
