LIFESTYLE and ACTIVE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES

The way in which an individual life is called lifestyle. This includes the typical patterns of
an individual’s behavior like everyday routine at home, in school, or at work; eating,
sleeping and exercise habits.

ACTIVITY 1: IT’S MY DAY

 How long did you spend on activities that make you move a lot?

I spend 2-3 hours on these kinds of activities.


Especially if it is basketball because basketball is my favorite
thing to do. Since it is healthy for your body and also It will
make you taller.

 How long did you spend on activities that make you stay still or not
move a lot?

I spend 3-4 hours on these kinds of activities. Usually I


play minecraft, the only reason I play it is because I am
building a hotel. Sometimes I play pubg mobile, which is a
gun game. I play with my younger brother and my cousin.
 What are your realizations after recording your activity for a week?
- I realized that I spend most of my time using my cell phone. I
should remove this bad habit and give more time to playing
basketball or studying.
- I also realized I should also spend time reviewing for my
entrance exam, since I am already grade 10. I should already take
the time and start reviewing for my entrance exam.
- I also realized that most of my activities are just the same, I just
repeat them over and over again. I should find new things to learn
and maximize my day.

Exercise is very important to our health. It contributes to your
health both physically and mentally. Exercising can strengthen
your heart and improve your blood circulation. And as a result,
oxygen can equally be distributed to your body. Another thing
Exercise can help you is it can prevent heart diseases such as
cholesterol, heart attack. Another thing is that it can lower your
blood pressure and triglyceride level and because of that you can
live a healthy life. Another thing why people exercise is because it
can give you muscles. These muscles aren’t only for looks .They
are also for your body. They can support your body structure
whenever something heavy falls on you. Exercising can also help
you relax and have a wonderful sleep at night. And lastly, It can
increase your energy levels. And Therefore, I can say that
exercising can make you a human that can overpass any
difficulties.
 How will you encourage your family or friends to do exercise in this
time of pandemic?

I will tell them all the benefits of exercising. I will give them
sensible reasons on why they should exercise. And Lastly, I
would give them guidance and help on how to exercise.

I think that I should focus more on the aspect of responsibility.


Lifestyle is the way a cerain person lives. Before you have a
lifestyle, you should learn to be responsible of your life first. You
need to know that you will be the protagonist of your life. You
should be responsible for the problems you encounter, problems
you caused and problems you can’t solve. Being responsible can
give us self-esteem and self confidence that are both needed to
live a healthy lifestyle. Responsibility also acts as your head start
before having a lifestyle. You should be ready first. You should be
ready to solve every problems in your life and with that said, you
can now strive hard in order to pursue your goals. That is your
responsibility as human…… And I hope you’ll be responsible with
it.
