Objectives:
1. Understand the different lifestyle factors and their importance.
2. Differentiate between healthy and unhealthy eating practices.
While I was doing the exercise, I felt more alive and stronger.
Also I felt tired because I don’t exercise that much. But still I felt
more confident about myself because of this simple exercise.
I will tell them all the benefits of exercising. I will give them
sensible reasons on why they should exercise. And Lastly, I
would give them guidance and help on how to exercise.
