THE COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT PROPOSAL


(SY 2020-2021 / SECOND SEMESTER)
 SWOT analysis for your NSTP – CWTS Project Proposal in
the New Normal is a strategic planning technique that
NSTP – CWTS students can use to help them analyze their
projects' strengths and weaknesses, as well as any
opportunities and threats that they may face.
Incorporating SWOT analysis in the decision making on
whether or not a project proposal should proceed and
TRAINING implemented can help improve project planning, reduce

 To guide the students in conducting a SWOT Analysis for
the project proposal, thus, the value of this training.
 To further enhance the critical thinking skills of the
students, in as far as, the project proposal is concerned.
 A SWOT Analysis is a useful strategic planning tool. It shows
an overall view of the factors influencing a project. The
outcome of the SWOT Analysis serves as a basis to provide
recommendations and action plans for the successful
execution and completion of a project.
 A SWOT is a straightforward and cost-effective way to
“brainstorm” and plan for your project. When you fully

opportunities, and threats, you're able to plan a strategy for
