    Article 2: SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS


    2.1 SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY TERMS
    2.2 Time of shipment: August 2021
    2.3 Tem of delivery: CIF KWANGYANG PORT, KOREA
    2.4 Place of loading: HO CHI MINH PORT, VIET NAM.
    2.5. Partial shipments: Not allowed
    2.6. Shipment documents required:
    - Full set Original Bill of Lading
    - Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate.
    - Certificate of Origin
    - Phytosanitary Certificate.
    - Fumigation Certificate.

    Article 3: SPECIFICATION - QUALITY:

    3.1. Specification and Quality:


    - The goods meet export standard.
    - The Buyer has responsibility for all importing license and procedures of cargo in
    destination.
    3.2. Packing: Export standard packing, as Article 1.

    Article 4: PAYMENT TERM

    - By T/T 30% advance, 70% after sending copies of shipping documents by email.
    - Currency of payment: USD (United State Dollar)

    Article 5: ARBITRATION
    5.1. In the execution course of this Contract, all disputes arising out of or relation to this
    Contract which not reaching at amicable agreement shall be finally settled by The
    Vietnam International Arbitration Center at the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and
    Industry whose awards shall be final and binding both parties.
    5.2. Arbitration fee and other related charges shall be borne by the losing party, unless
    otherwise agreed.

    Article 6: GENERAL CONDITION


    6.1. This Contract comes into effect from the signing. Any amendment and additional clause
    to these conditions shall be valid if made in written form and duty confirmed by both sides.
    The Contract signed by fax is valid.
    6.2. This Contract including 2 pages, made in 2 copies in English. Each party keeps 1
    copy with equal value.
    6.3. This Contract is subjected to Incoterms 2020.
