    Sir,

    Sub: Ulgii bridge- Slow progress of even after many reminders.

    Even after repeated reminders, the progress and quality of bridge work has not been improved and is
    detiorating day by day. There is no physical progress of for the last three days at bridge site. In spite of,
    we issued all necessary modified drawings, progress has not improved at site.

    Location wise progress as on date listed below.

    1) At Abutment A1 wall concrete to be done- concrete pump, aggregates are to be arranged.


    Rectification of side shuttering is in progress.
    2) At pier P1 , column shuttering has been placed. But there is no column concreting for the last three
    days. Concrete pump, aggregates are to be arranged.
    3) At pier P2, pile cap work completed one week back, but pier column concreting work not yet
    started. No cleaning of pile cap top.
    4) At pier P6, excavation works started to lay Pile cap but work was stopped for the last three days.
    5) At pier P7, excavation works started to lay Pile cap but work was stopped for the last three days.

    Hence you are requested to expedite the progress of the work as per your submitted schedule at least
    to complete all pending pile caps and pier columns before bad weather arrives.
