PREAMBLE
DDFC has its experience in providing NDE Services for the manufacturing of
Steam Boilers, WHR Boilers and customized Process Equipments under U, U2, S, R and NB
stamps since last three decades. NDT as a part of quality assurance and quality control
requirement demands a team of well-qualified and trained personnel. These include level-I
and level-II technicians, qualified in various NDT disciplines who have worked on a large
numbers of important national projects. DELSER team of specialists is in an ideal position to
offer first class independent NDE inspection services and position to place its unique expertise
and capability at the disposal of the industry in the country. As a part of our commitment to
meet the stringent requirements for quality assurance, all our operating procedures at our
offices and sites are in conformity wit h ISO 9001:2000 requirements. Our inspection team
consists of qualified and certified personnel (from ASNT-TC 1A, TWI and Pakistan Atomic
Energy) are providing services all over Pakistan. The documentation used by DELSER gives a
fairly good idea of the comprehensive involvement of NDT personnel from the application of
the technique through to the analysis stage. NDT qualified personnel and modern equipment
plays an important part in the reliability of NDT results. The equipment are maintained in
calibrated status from NIST (Govt. of Pakistan) approved laboratories. DELSER has its own

check the Materials, Welded Constructions for discontinuities.
Magnetic Particle Testing
DELSER has appropriate equipment to detect discontinuities that are opened to the surface and sub
surface defects (up to 2 ~ 3 mm in depth). For this technique, alternating current electromagnetic hand hold
Yoke is used.

DELSER is also providing services in Visible Dye Penetrant Testing Techniques for locations open to surface
defects. LUX meter is used to check the intensity of light for the performance of Dye Penetrant testing.

high alloy steel materials and welded construction.
Magnetic Coating thickness Measurement
DELSER has instruments to check thickness of coats of paint layers, metallic coatings, etc on ferrous alloys.

materials. Hardness measurements can be taken in HB, HV HRB & HRC. Tensile testing is also computed through
same equipment.

DELSER provides emission measurements on industrial flue gases. It is carried out through compact
portable analyzer of robust design.

rate, Temperature of gases, efficiency of combustion equipment.
