balance, as they are important aspects for good performance in different games and sports.

PE 1 ( Physical Fitness )
This subject covers both theoretical and practical parts of the Physical Education and Fitness
programme. Physical fitness and self-testing activities that focus on the development of various physical
fitness components, as well as health and skill/performance components.
Objectives:
Participate in several fitness tests to develop and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Acquire and put into practice social characteristics that are essential for happiness and social life
in general.
As students gain knowledge and awareness of rules and strategies, they will learn the
mechanical standards of basic advances.
PE 2 ( Fundamental Rhythmic Activities )
Physical movements are combined with sounds, beats, or music in rhythmic exercises. Rhythmic
activities rely on an internal or external rhythm for self-expression, exercise, physical exhibition,
socialization, and cultural expression.

To learn to use the body on a whole.
To develop coordination, control, strength, agility, flexibility, relaxation, and freedom of
movement.
To develop an organic response to rhythm.
To develop a vigorous vital type of body movement

PE 4 ( Team Sport )
It includes information on the history of sports, terminology, rules and regulations, facilities and equip-
ment, and game officials. It encompasses abilities in team sports techniques and plans.
Objectives:
Appreciate and use the ideals learned via sports engagement in daily life.
Learn about the history, regulations, mechanics, terminologies, and other aspects of
sports.
Develop the basic skills of the sports.
Apply the rules and mechanics in sports competition.
Applies movement concepts and principles to the learning and development of motor skills
