    *56g - 2 oz. chocolate melted


    *76g - 2.6oz butter
    *226.8oz cake flour
    *1.5g-0.05oz salt
    *2.4g - 0.08oz baking powder
    *2 eggs
    *43g -0.5oz butter
    *½ tsp vanilla extract
    *226g - 8oz nuts chopped

    B. Give the substitute for every ingredients marked with bullet (*)

    1 chocolate

    you can combine three tablespoons of cocoa powder and one tablespoon of
    vegetable oil butter or any shortening to create a replacement for ounce of
    unsweetened chocolate

    2. butter

    you can substitute olive oil for butter

    3.cake flour
    You only need two common ingredients all-purpose flour and cornstarch to make a
    homemade cake flour substitute
    4. baking powder

    Use a 1/2 cup (122 grams) sour milk and 1/4 teaspoon (1 gram) baking soda to
    replace 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of baking powder.

    1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoon water
