I.

PRELIMINARY
CV. International Youth Leader engages in exchange program,
leadership camp, halal tour, and travel. The International Youth Leader
2021 is a program that aims to facilitate a strong character building towards
Indonesian Youth through various activities.
International Youth Leader continue to create innovative program
and activities for youth. This year, we created program titled “International
Youth Leader Program” Special Chapter Amazing Dubai. This program
focuses on empowering youth and strengthening the leadership potential of
each delegates who study both in Indonesian and Dubai. And Also we are
expand to Asia such are Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Thailand,
India, Japan, Turkey, UAE (United Arab Emirates) Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Egypt
and Saudi Arabia. During pandemic, IYL still provide Virtual Class for
Delegate and also local program or domestic program.

II. NAME OF ACTIVITY


International Youth Leader Program Chapter Amazing Dubai.

III. ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES


The objectives that are expected from the implementation of this program
include :
1. Building a strong leadership character within delegates
2. Introducing the diversity of Indonesian culture abroad.
3. Facilitating delegates to create innovative ways of thinking and problem
solving.
4. Equipping delegates with entrepreneurial skills by Research Market , this
activity by grouping to try open network in international market,
competition with other group, role play and presentation needed in the
end program and also all delegated have to be creative and innovative
will presented through document and video.
5. Facilitating delegates to a border network , international network by
doing international relation to understanding people and culture at other
country.

IV. SELECTION PROCESS AND RESULTS


The selection process of International Youth Leader will be held
online by One we determine the selected participants, we will announce the
results online through email, WhatasApp group, and our instagram account.
From the results of the selection was selected the best young men who will
then become the Indonesian delegation called “Youth Leader” to conduct
study programs abroad for 5 days.
