THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AGENT

applicable incomes, monies or sums to the Owner.

AGENT LIABILITY
- Hereby, the Owner agrees to hold the Agent harmless from any debts, charges, demands,

TERMINATION

accordance with the Parties’ intention.
