According to the Cambridge Dictionary, a product refers to something that is made to be sold,

MARKET ANALYSIS
The business will be included in the food industry since all products sold are consumable by
customers that buy them. The bubble tea business is considered a niche market. The bubble tea
business has risen in trends this past years, more customers are willing to spend money on products
that the business sells. Within the vicinity of the business, there are three competitors that have a
bigger array of products than The Boba Base business.
Though other competitors have an upper hand in terms of beverage and flavor choices, the business
provides the consumers with different snacks such as pancakes, waffles, fries, mochis, and
dumplings.
Market Segmentation: The company plans to serve customers of all ages since the products
available does not pose any health risk if sold to younger and older customers, though it will
be appreciated if younger customers are accompanied by a guardian. Since the business aims
to serve affordable products, the business will serve customers with whatever income ranges.
The business will not support deliveries, so customers that are further away will not be served,
this will be the same with customers that prefer ordering and buying online with the use of
social media platforms.
Competition: Within the local market, there are nearby businesses that also provides the
products that this business provides, they provide beverages such as bubble teas, soda infused
juices, and more. One nearby major business provides products with snacks as well, but I think
that this business can compete with that since the snacks available in this business is affordable
and different and new to the customer’s tastes.

food stalls are already known with the local customers already, if they come for the food stalls,
they could take attention with this business and make a purchase.
Payment: The payment that is acceptable is cash on hand since probable customers are
students, students are more likely to have cash on hand already. The customers can also tip if
they find the service exemplary.
Key Customers: The key customers of this business will be the students from the nearby
school and the families that came from the church.
Facilities: Depending on the type of business, you may have leased, owned or shared business
premises. Provide a listing of them, their purpose and future plans for facilities.
